Moisturizing and sealing my hair is something I try to do on a nightly basis because I have seen my hair thrive using this method. The most important thing to do is listen to your own hair. Moisturize and seal when you feel that your hair is dry if the nightly thing isn't for you.

I must say that the point of M&S is to prevent the hair from getting dry. Do what works for you in the end. Documenting what your hair feels like for a while may be helpful.
