Directions:
  1. Beat the egg and full fat milk together in one bowl.
  2. Add the 5 tablespoons of warm extra virgin coconut oil to the eggs and milk.
  3. Mix the banana baby food with the egg, milk and coconut oil mixture.

  5. Apply the mixture to your hair from root to tip and allow to sit in your hair for up to 1 hour.

WARNING:
The egg and milk in this recipe make this a protein treatment. If you are protein sensitive you may eliminate the eggs and milk and substitute with something more gentle like coconut milk.

  1. Hi Kavuli, I am 61 years old with waist length fine blonde hair.(No grey yet!VBG) Lately my hair has been harder to manage than it used to be. It's lost its shine, snarls and tangles easily and seems to have become weakened as I age. I've tried dozens of cream rinses and conditioners which only seem to weigh it down and make it look thin and oily.

I tried your gelatin treatment and I was really happy with the results immediately after only one treatment.

Love your website...Thank you so much

  2. Donna,

I am so happy that you found something on the site that works for you. That gelatin hair treatment is a protein so always follow up with moisture. I would love to see your hair by the way. Send some pictures to goodhairdiaries@gmail.com if your up to it. :)
