My Regimen - May 2010 Remix

REEEEEEEEMIIIIIXXXXXX! Sorry, I just had a reggae moment...lol

I thought I would give you fabulous ladies an update on my hair regimen which now includes supplements.

SUPPLEMENTS
  1. MSM - BODY powder (1 teaspoon in my water, tea or juice in the morning)
MSM is a natural form of organic sulfonyl sulfur compound that is found in the fluid of all living organisms. It is present in a variety of foods, including most fresh raw fruits and green vegetables, milk, meat, seafood, and some grains. It is also found in many common beverages such as milk, coffee and tea. It is, in essence, a pure white, odorless, essentially tasteless, water-soluble crystalline solid sulfur powder.
   
    2.   OMEGA-3 EPA+DHA Concentrate ( 2 softgels in morning)

NIGHTLY ROUTINE
  1. Moisturize ends with Yes to Carrots Pampering Mud Conditioner
  2. Seal with Coconut Oil
  3. Bantu knots or 4 French Braids
WEEKLY ROUTINE
  1. Wash scalp with CHI Organics (Sulfate and Paraben free!)
  2. Deep Condition with Yes to Carrots Pampering Mud Conditioner
  3. Hair dry with leave in conditioner and CHI Silk Infusion
  4. Bantu Knot or 4 French Braids
MONTHLY ROUTINE
  1. Clarify with Organic Root Stimulator Uplifting Shampoo
  2. Dust Ends
  3. Deep Condition with Yes to Carrots
