New Year, New Hair Regimen

In 2014 I committed myself to enjoying my hair. Let me explain...

Those of us who are on a healthy hair journey tend to always be in protective styles in the hopes of keeping the moisture in our hair, retaining length and preventing split ends. That's all well an good, but what's the point of having fabulous hair if you never show it off? Well, I had my fun and didn't retain nearly as much length as I normally would, but I enjoyed every bit of my hair. That ship has sailed and now I'm ready to grow my hair down my back and get super strict again. Before I go into the specifics of new regimen, I want to take you down memory lane with my hair.

  1. Hi
Firstly, many happy returns for the new year, for you and your loved ones.

It's always been great following your blog; my decision to BC was so much easier. I finally built up the courage 2 days ago, so now I feel like my hair journey is starting on a clean slate.

I'm also planning on following a simple regimen with my hair. Only, I won't be able to do much protective stying as I'd hoped. I'm going through bad post-partum shedding, and my hairline is taking the brunt of it.
