If you spend any time in any natural-hair community anywhere on the Internet, then you've seen this photo of Riley from Houston. Basically, she's an icon:

She's 3 years old now, and just as an enterprising person would do, she's adding to her skill set. She's no longer just a perfect baby model; she's also an Instagram-video hair tutor. Here she is the step by step instruction for her fro-hawk:

1. Start with a twist-out.
2. Pin up both sides.
3. Pick your "woots," aka roots.
4. Laugh hysterically.

Listen, if I don't have one that's exactly like Riley ... never mind, there's really no good way to finish that sentence.
