Celery Pineapple Green Smoothie



I am in love with my green smoothies. I blend green vegetables such as spinach, swiss chard, celery and broccoli with wonderful fruits such as banana, pineapples, apples, mangoes, grapes and tons more. It's a fantastic way to get your daily vegetable serving in without having to shew for hours or cook away all the nutrients in a pot on a stove.

So what are the benefits? Plenty of folks have boasted that green smoothies helped them in the following ways:

  • Increased hair and nail growth
  • Shinier and healthier hair
  • Increased energy levels
  • Smoother and clearer skin over time
  • Weightloss *

Celery-Pineapple Smoothie
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 1 medium stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
