My 2013 Hair Regimen

So I promised in my first post of the new year that I would detail my regimen for 2013. I hope to grow my shoulder length hair to armpit length with the below regimen.

Daily

  1. Spray hair lightly with plain water
  2. Seal the moisture in with oil
  3. Seal the oil in with a water based hair cream
  4. Base scalp lighly with oil of choice lightly
Weekly
  1. Pre-poo with a oil or conditioner of my choice
  2. Shampoo (once a week)
  3. Deep Condition (Alternate moisture and protein)
  4. Co-wash (once a week)
  5. Moisturize and seal using the L.O.C. Method as usual
  6. Roller-set
Monthly
  1. Hot Oil Treatment
  2. Clarifying Shampoo
  3. Protein Conditioner
  4. Moisture Conditioner
  5. Moisturize and seal using the L.O.C. method
  6. Use my heat pass (direct heat)
Protective Styles
  1. French Braid for 5 days out of the week ( February 1 to March 29th )
  2. Sew-in weave for 8 weeks (March 30th to May 25th )
  3. Phony pony or phony bun for 5 days out of the week ( May 25th to July 20th )
  4. Box braids for 8 weeks ( July 20th to September 14th  )

  3. I actually do alot of the above but in no specific order. I just do LOC when I feel like I need it or hot oil when I feel my hair is extra dry. But I will try the regimen you listed to see if it works for me and my daughter. Will u be having a children's hair section up and running this year?
