Product Directions:
- Apply shampoo to hair, lather, rinse and repeat.

- For permed and texturized hair, wash no more than twice, then apply Tropic Isle Living Strong Roots Conditioner for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
- Put on heating cap for 30 minutes or massage castor oil into hair, put on heating cap and sit under a dryer for 10 minutes.
My Review:
The texture of the shampoo is very similar to aloe vera gel. I was here for it! I put a generous amount on my scalp and went to town cleaning. It does lather but it doesn't strip the hair at all. If you have a ton of product build up, this shampoo will not do the job for you. However, if you are light with your products, you will be extremely pleased with how your hair feels after just one wash. This is definitely a keeper! 5 out of 5!

My Review:
The texture of this conditioner is very surprising. It looks very thick and luxurious, but it is actually very light and moisturizing. I used it directly after my protein treatment to balance the moisture in my hair. In the future, I would like to use this product as a leave-in and see how it behaves. 4 out of 5!

My Review:
You need this! This is a true protein conditioner and reminds me of something that I would have whipped up in my kitchen years ago. I recognize all the ingredients and even the scent. It has a sort of medicinal scent which lingered in my hair for a while.
I applied this conditioner to damp hair in sections. It's not thick at all and it basically melted into my hair. I covered my hair with a conditioning cap and doek for about 15 minutes. When I rinsed my hair and hopped out of the shower, every single one of my curls was deeply defined. My hair was so soft as well. If it weren't for the lingering scent, I would have given this product a perfect score. 4 out of 5!

My Review:
If you guys have been following my content for the past couple of years, you will know that I'm no stranger to JBCO. I really think that everyone can benefit from this oil, it just depends on how you choose to use it. During the cold months, JBCO is my go-to oil, so I was really excited when I received the lavender JBCO. It's the same oil with a faint lavender scent.
I decided to pre-poo with this oil with heat, and it felt as if my hair was thanking me afterward. This is a very thick oil, so a little goes a long way and you really have to have patience and focus to rinse the oil out. I also used this oil to seal my ends after moisturizing, and I'm happy to say that I don't have to moisturize as often when I seal with this oil. It should be no surprise that I give this product a 5 out of 5!
