I'm sitting here drinking a hot cup of green tea as I type this, and my teeth aren't suffering one bit! I'm still enjoying the benefits of cleaner teeth and fresher breath throughout the day. My teeth haven't gotten any whiter, which the toothpaste doesn't claim to do anyway, but I have maintained my normal teeth whiteness despite the excessive amount of tea I drink.
