5 Reasons Why I Love MY TWA More Than My Long Hair

You guys know that I big chopped for the 3rd time recently, and I have to say that I am totally loving my new look. I love it so much that I thought that I would give you guys my top 5 reasons why I love my TWA more than my long hair.

1. I USE LESS PRODUCT

A 750ml bottle of conditioner used to only last me 2 1/2 weeks after using it to:

• De-tangle
• Opt as a leave-in
• Moisturize
• Co-wash

I estimate that I might get a full month out of my large bottle of conditioner now that I'm shorter.

2. I Can Afford More Expensive Products

Why? For the same reason as above. I use less of it, therefore a little goes a longer way.

3. I'm Out The Door In Record Time

It literally takes me half the time it once did to get ready. My hair even dries twice as fast. An entire day would go by, and my hair would still be wet in the middle of my head.

4. My Curls Behave Better

I don't know if this is just my imagination, but I feel as if my coils are playing nice with one another. My curls clump beautifully together, and my curls are just generally POPPING!

5. I don't really need a comb/brush

I can go a full 5 days, with proper maintenance in between, without needing to de-tangle with a wide tooth comb or Denman brush. This automatically leads to less breakage for me.


I'm sure that I will wake up one day and decide that I miss my longer hair terrible, but for now I'm in love with my short do. Now I think I'm ready to touch up my roots with some colour.
