A Little Bit of Yogurt Could Save Your Hair!

I love yogurt, especially Greek Double Cream Yogurt! The live cultures keep your gut in order with digestive  bacteria and all that good stuff. But did you know that yogurt could be amazing for your hair?

Why Yogurt is Good for Your Hair?

  • It softens dry and brittle hair
  • Full of proteins to strengthen hair
  • Enzymes fight against dandruff and itchy scalp
  • Gives hair an amazing shine!

Tips For Using Yogurt On Your Hair

  • Have an itchy scalp? Apply the yogurt straight to your scalp for relief. Rinse and wash as usual.
  • Dry and thirsty ends your issue? Apply the yogurt directly the the ends and wrap with cling wrap for 30 minutes. Rinse and wash and usual.
  • Add a bit of cocoa powder and honey to your yogurt for a wonderful hair darkening mask. Gives you rich brown hues and shiny hair! Add  lemon juice to the mixture for blonde highlights!

  1. I tried a pre-poo with yogurt and olive oil a few days ago. I'm pretty glad with the results. I'll be doing that more often.
