Anti-Breakage Challenge - You Have 1 Month To Stop Breakage In It's Tracks!
By . - Friday, November 18, 2011
So your suffering from breakage and you just about had enough. It's time to take an aggressive 1 month plan on breakage. Here is what I suggest.
Use the Gelatin Hair Treatment that I gave you the recipe to for your hard protein days, Organic Root Stimulator Hair Mayonnaise for medium protein days and a generous amount of coconut or olive oil added to the ORS mayonnaise for light protein days. Remember that this is an aggressive approach to hair breakage.
Week 1
Week 2
Week 3
Week 4
This 1 month plan on breakage will help give you a protein to moisture balance and bring your hair back to health. Keep track of how your hair is responding with a hair journal and remember to be consistent. I really hope this helps everyone.

I have a weave on right now but my hair was breaking a little before I put it on. If it's still breaking when I take out the weave, I'll use your tips. Thanks. (I'm visiting from sitsgirls. I saw your comment there. Ur blog title made me come visit your page and I'm glad I did: now following your blog!)
